Both Alberta and Saskatchewan Class 3 Can still be Challenged. This means you can do your own written test and your own Road Test all you need is a class 3 truck.
Saskatchewan still allows you to Challenge the Air Brakes too, all you need is the Air Brake written test once Passed, you will need a truck to do the Air Brake Practical Test in.

The driver evaluation form is used as part of an assessment that is completed for safety purposes. Based on the clinical testing, any adaptive equipment necessary will be put on the assessment vehicle in order to complete the functional on-the-road testing and any subsequent training. Recommendations for additional driver training will be based on performance during evaluation. The assessment is conducted in a variety of traffic settings.
